This the perfect guide for beginners like me.

It's a perfect guided for beginners like me. I've been practicing yoga for a week now and it's been a great help to me. Yoga is designed to relax the body and mind. It's a perfect exercise to lose weight and to maintain a healthy body. It relieves all the stress that I have. The book teaches you how to properly do the yoga poses. I love its colorful pictures because it will really show you how to do the proper position. I really like this book! Kudos to Sam!

Clear Pose Positions Demonstrated: Helpful for Practice

I've had some medical issues, and wanted to try out a few poses to relax. This really helped in getting some basic formations down. I liked the way each pose was named, and there was a clear picture for each pose. I did want a little more description about how to do each pose, but that would be my only complaint. This seemed like a good book to get started in practicing your yoga positions.
